Sale Information

The description of the products on our website does not constitute a contractual offer to sell the products. When an order has been submitted via our website, we can choose to reject it for any reason; will communicate the rejection to you and will try to tell you the reason without delay.

The order process is set out on the website and each step allows you to check and amend any errors before making payment and submitting the order.

It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly.

A contract will be formed for the sale of products and services, ordered only when you receive an email from us confirming the order, eg. the order confirmation email.

You must ensure that you receive the order confirmation email to confirm the order process has been completed, that it is accurate and inform us immediately of any errors or omissions.

We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the order placed by you.

By placing the order you agree to us giving you confirmation of the contract by means of an email with all information in it, eg. the order confirmation email. You will receive the order confirmation within a reasonable time after making the contract, but in any event not later than the delivery of any products or services supplied under the contract.

Products and Services, Pricing and Payment Information

The price of the products and any delivery or other charges are as set out on the website at the date of the order or such other price as we may agree in writing.

Prices and charges are stated excluding VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the order.

All orders submitted via the website must be paid for at the time of completing the order, payment can made by submitting your credit or debit card details during the checkout process. We will try to take payment immediately and upon full payment will send you the order confirmation.

You should print out the on screen confirmation of the order as your copy of the checkout process.

If you do not receive the order confirmation email within 24 hours of completing your order, you must make contact with us by phone or using the contact form in the footer of this web site to confirm that we are in receipt of the fully paid order.

Delivery Information

Our standard delivery area is to addresses on mainland England, Wales and Scotland.

Orders for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channels Islands or any other islands or area outside of the previously standard delivery area cannot be processed through our online shop and need to be discussed with our sales team. If we accept an order for delivery outside our standard delivery area, you will be required to pay any additional delivery charges, import duties or other taxes incurred, as we will not be responsible for paying them.

Delivery costs are inclusive of carriage and VAT unless otherwise stated.

Orders are normally dispatched for delivery within 5 working days of receipt of payment to our bank account .

Deliveries normally occur between 8am and 6pm weekdays.

Deliveries are normally made by our third party pallet delivery network partner and are strictly to the kerb side.

Deliveries are not normally made by a truck with a HIAB (crane) so off-loading will be by a manual pallet truck. If a HIAB delivery vehicle is required, the most cost effective solution is for us to deliver to a HIAB company close to your location and for them to trans-ship to your delivery address. This may incur additional delivery costs and should be discussed with us in advance of completing the order.

We will not be held liable for any costs you incur due to any delivery delays by our delivery partner. We strongly advise against booking any contractors or tool hire that will depend on the arrival of the products ordered, until you are in receipt of the products.  If you advance book any contractors or tool hire, and your delivery is delayed we cannot accept liability for any additional costs associated with this.

If your property has any restricted access, please let us know this during checkout by filing in the special delivery instructions box.

If an order is unable to be delivered due to access, terrain, failure to sign for the delivery or unforeseen weight issues then re-delivery will be the customers responsibility and we can accept no liability for any additional charges this may incur.

Deliveries must be signed for on arrival, if you see any issues/damages with your delivery on arrival you should sign for as 'damaged' and contact us directly to inform us within 2 working days of the delivery.

We will deliver the products to the delivery address provided by you during the checkout process on the delivery date requested or within 5 working days, or if stock is unavailable without any undue delay and will advise you as soon as the stock is available for delivery to agree a delivery date.

If any products form a standard set, eg. a project pack containing a group of products, where reduction of any part of the set would materially impair the value of the product or the character of the set; you cannot cancel or reject the order for some of those products in a standard  set without also cancelling or rejecting the order for the rest of standard set.

We may ask you to agree in advance for multiple part deliveries where we have a shortage of stock of products ordered, or another genuine and fair reason, subject to the above provisions and provided you are not liable for extra charges.

If you, or your nominated agent fail, through no fault of ours, to take delivery of the products at the delivery address you requested on the submission of the order, or changed later and agreed in writing by us, we may charge additional and reasonable costs of storing and redelivering them.

The products will become your responsibility from the completion of delivery and you must, if reasonably practicable, examine the products before accepting them and signing any delivery acceptance documentation.

Whilst we make every effort for the goods to be delivered in the given time frame, this is just an estimation and is never guaranteed; therefore we cannot be held responsible for any matters beyond our control that result in your delivery being delayed, and you are not entitled to any compensation.

Risk & Title

Risk of damage to, or loss of, any products will pass to you when the products are delivered to you.

You do not own the products until we have received payment in full.

Full payment is required for all online sales, if you want to place an order using a trade account, this cannot be done online and must be done by phone with our sales team.

Withdrawal, Returns and Cancellation

If you change your mind and without giving us a reason, and without incurring any liability, you can withdraw the order by phoning us on the number on the website, providing that the products have not been despatched.

Online orders are considered distance contracts which have the cancellation rights, Right to Cancel, as set out below.

These cancellation rights, however, do not apply, to a contract for the following products, with no others, in the following circumstances:

  • goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised
  • goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly

The cancellation rights for a contract cease to be available, if the goods become mixed inseparably, according to their nature, with other items after delivery or have already been delivered.

Where cancellation occurs after the products have been despatched, the customer will be liable for any costs incurred in getting the products returned to us from our delivery partner.

Right to Cancel

You can cancel this contract within 14 days of completion of the online order checkout and full payment, without giving any reason, other than where delivery of the whole, or any part of, the order has been completed.

Where delivery of the products occurs over separate deliveries schedules; eg. due to stock availability; the right to cancel will be 14 days after the first delivery, other than where we agree to allowing cancellation and return of the products, will be at your cost for collection and reasonable re-stocking.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, in reasonable time based on the delivery period, of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement setting out your decision in writing.  Should you phone us to cancel an order we may require you to confirm this in writing.

We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation without delay, until you have received this acknowledgement, your order should not be considered cancelled.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation in the cancellation period

Except as set out below, if you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, except for any supplementary costs arising from a late cancellation.

Deduction for Goods supplied

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any products supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you or a nominated third party, eg. handling the products beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. This is because you are liable for that loss and, if that deduction is not made, you must pay us the amount of that loss.

Returning Goods

If you have received products in connection with the contract which you have cancelled, you must send back the products or hand them over to us without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate to us your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the products before the period of 14 days has expired. You agree that you will have to bear the cost of returning the products. We do not accept partial returns.

Conformity

We have a legal duty to supply the products in conformity with the contract, and will not have conformed if it does not meet the following obligation.

Upon delivery, the products will:

  • be of satisfactory quality and
  • be reasonably fit for any particular purpose for which you buy the products which, before the contract is made, you made known to us; unless you do not actually rely, or it is unreasonable for you to rely, on our skill and judgment; and be fit for any purpose held out by us or set out in the contract; and
  • conform to their description

Due to the nature of the web site design, images for each product are a representation.
